All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the package. Payments can be made via approved secure payment methods provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies vary by tour package. Generally, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the travel date may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of travel are typically non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability before embarking on their journey.
Lanka Bloom acts as a curator and coordinator of travel services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Travelers are expected to follow local laws and respect the natural and cultural heritage of Sri Lanka. Lanka Bloom reserves the right to terminate services for any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
